How you will make a difference
Reporting to the Manager of Talent & Transformation, you will provide high-quality people-related leadership, coaching, and support to senior leaders, managers and team members. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning our services with organisational objectives at both strategic and operational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with people leaders to build trusted partnerships, enabling the development of people-focused solutions across the employee life cycle.
2. Coach and advise people leaders on practical solutions for P&C matters, including employee relations, talent management, recruitment and retention, coaching, and performance management.
3. Support and coach leaders in identifying people implications associated with organisational change to facilitate the implementation of change initiatives.
4. Provide employee relations advice and case management support.
5. Support the planning and rollout of P&C activities and policies.
6. Contribute to the P&C team, fostering continuous improvement and development within HR to support a contemporary HR Partnering function.
7. Lead innovation and change by anticipating HR-related needs and delivering strategic solutions.
Skills that set you apart
You will have a relevant tertiary qualification and a well-developed knowledge of contemporary HR and ER practices with previous experience in consultancy or business partnering in a complex environment.
You are solutions focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to form meaningful relationships and influence decision making.
You confidently contribute as a collaborative member of a small and high-performing team.
