Warehouse Voice Pickers & High Reach Forklift Operators | Richlands QLD We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Voice Pickers and High Reach Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced distribution centre based in Richlands. These are ongoing Monday to Friday roles with consistent hours and immediate starts available. Voice Pickers - Afternoon Shift Shift: Monday to Friday - 2:30pm start Pay Rate: $36.19 per hour Key Responsibilities: Voice picking orders in a fast-paced environment Manual handling and order preparation RF scanning and stock control processes Working towards daily pick rate KPIs Requirements: Previous voice picking experience highly regarded RF scanning experience essential Ability to work in a physically demanding role Strong attention to detail and accuracy High Reach Forklift Operators - Day & Afternoon Shifts Day Shift: 6:00am start - $33.37 per hour Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm start - $37.38 per hour Key Responsibilities: Operating high reach forklifts (putaways, replenishment, picking) RF scanning and stock management Working safely within warehouse procedures General warehouse duties as required Requirements: Valid LF forklift licence Proven high reach experience Strong confidence working at heights RF scanning experience preferred What's on Offer Monday to Friday roster Consistent hours Supportive team environment Opportunity for long-term employment Additional Requirements Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test Must have reliable transport to Richlands Immediate availability preferred About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
