We're growing and looking for a Social Account Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is strategically minded, execution‐focused, and thrives on bringing campaigns to life across paid, owned, and earned channels.
The Role
As a Social Account Executive, you'll be the day‐to‐day client lead, ensuring smooth execution across our client's needs with a focus on digital marketing, social media, content production, and paid performance. Working closely with the agency leadership, you'll manage client relationships, oversee multi‐channel campaigns, both digital, social and traditional channels, and ensure all deliverables are on track, on‐brand, and optimised for performance.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, executional oversight, and strong client management skills. You'll work with internal teams across strategy, creative, content, and media to drive success for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
* Manage day‐to‐day client relationships across multiple accounts, ensuring high‐quality service.
* Work with the Account teams to develop and execute digital & social strategies aligned with client objectives.
* Assist with weekly WIPs, status updates, and reporting, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
* Assist with timelines, budgets, and approvals across digital and content projects.
Digital & Social Strategy Execution
* Assist with the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital, social, and content‐driven campaigns.
* Plan & schedule client social media calendars, including visual and copy direction.
* Ensure seamless execution across organic social media, paid media, content production, and email/CRM marketing.
* Support the development of performance marketing strategies in collaboration with paid media teams.
* Assist with social‐first content strategies, ensuring best‐practice execution across platforms.
Content & Production Oversight
* Work with the account team to brief, coordinate, and deliver high‐quality content.
* Help produce and manage content shoots.
* Assist with content shoots, UGC content production, and influencer‐driven campaigns.
* Ensure all assets are aligned with brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and platform best practices.
Paid Media & Performance Support
* Collaborate with the account team to implement and monitor paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
* Assist with scheduling and planning of paid campaigns.
* Track key performance metrics, ensuring campaigns are optimised for efficiency and scale.
* Work with analytics teams to produce monthly reporting and insights for clients.
What You'll Bring
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar Social Account or Social/Digital Marketing role at an agency or in‐house.
* Fast‐paced and adaptable work ethic.
* Strong client management and project coordination skills, with experience managing multiple accounts.
* Experience across digital strategy, social media, content production, and paid performance.
* Strong understanding of organic and paid social media best practices across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
* Knowledge of performance marketing, media buying, and reporting metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.).
* Ability to manage creative and content production with internal and external teams.
* Intermediate design skills, with a preference for experience with Figma and Adobe Suite.
* Clear understanding of UX & CJ principles.
* A proactive, problem‐solving mindset, with a passion for delivering great work.
