A current valid Victorian MR or higher licence (Ventura is willing to upgrade your licence from MR licence to HR licence) Availability to work a rotating roster, including some weekends, some early morning and some late-night shifts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Safe driving record.
High regard for safety.
Ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances including Driver's Accreditation and Working With Children Card (WWCC).
