With a growing portfolio across Victoria, we're expanding our construction team and looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to run multi-dwelling and standalone residential builds across Melbourne's northern corridor.

The Role
As Site Supervisor, you will oversee the on-site delivery of modular and residential builds, ensuring homes are completed safely, efficiently, and to Todd Devine Homes' quality standards.
You'll coordinate trades, run programs, uphold OH&S, solve problems on the ground, and present defect-free homes at PCI and final handover.
You'll work closely with Construction, Estimating, Drafting and Customer Experience to ensure every build runs smoothly.
This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, strong with communication and confident managing multiple stakeholders.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Planning & Program Management
Develop and maintain master programs and weekly look-aheads
Sequence works, secure trades, and manage the critical path
Create and execute recovery plans for delays
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Inspect each stage; no progress until defects are rectified
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, engineering and TDH specs
Deliver completed homes at PCI with minimal items
Trade & Supplier Coordination
Brief and manage trades, ensuring reliability and workmanship
Forecast trade capacity against monthly starts
Enforce quality and recharge defective work/materials when required
Safety & Site Management
Lead a safety-first culture on every site
Complete inductions, collect SWMS, run toolbox talks and audits
Maintain safe, clean, compliant sites at all times
Stakeholder & Client Communication
Provide proactive updates to clients with clarity and professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Deliver clear weekly/fortnightly status reports to the Construction Manager
Administration & Systems
Maintain complete site records, including plans, inspections and certificates
Log delays, EOTs and decisions in TDH systems
Maintain accurate site photos and documentation
About You
You're a confident, organised Site Supervisor who takes pride in high-quality work and building great relationships with trades and clients.
You run clean, safe, well-structured sites, and you enjoy seeing projects delivered accurately and on time.
You have:
Previous experience supervising residential or modular projects
Minimum 1-2 years of residential or modular supervision experience is required
Strong knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards and OH&S
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
Strong organisation and a solution-focused mindset
Proficiency with digital site tools (e.g., Framework, Onsite Inspect, MS Office)
Driver's licence + White Card
Trade background (carpentry or similar) preferred
Trade qualification in carpentry or similar is required
