Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards in aviation quality and compliance? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer - Compliance to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on critical quality and compliance tasks, including audits, training, and certification processes, within a fast-paced and innovative environment. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, conduct, and follow up on Quality and Compliance audits
2. Integrate Quality, Compliance, and IOSA systems, and monitor tasks associated with these systems
3. Develop and revise departmental manuals and standards
4. Plan and deliver training sessions within the department
5. Collaborate on aircraft certification processes
6. Assist in preparing application processes for aircraft leasing operations
7. Analyze and apply relevant legislation
8. Manage and coordinate training processes

Requirements:

1. Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering
2. Experience in preparing, conducting, and following up on Quality/Compliance and IOSA audits
3. Proficient in monitoring Quality, Compliance, and IOSA requirements
4. Previous professional experience in the aviation industry and auditing is an advantage
5. Willingness to travel as required
6. Strong time management skills; organized, methodical, and persistent
7. Demonstrates assertiveness, cordiality, prioritization, common sense, and punctuality in all situations
8. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
9. Capability to work under pressure and meet goals
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
13. Immediate availability for employment
