Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and motivated candidate with excellent marketing experience to join the Longines team. This will be a maternity cover position on a temporary contract commencing mid March 2026.
* Responsible for executing the global marketing strategy locally in line with brand guidelines
* Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy and plans with the General Manager
* Plan and execute traditional advertising campaigns, including media planning, buying and production
* Lead the planning and delivery of brand, product launch, VIP and retail events
* Identify and deliver local promotional opportunities aligned with HQ strategy
* Develop and manage cooperative marketing programs with wholesale retailers and boutiques
* Oversee retail and boutique marketing initiatives, including events and local advertising
* Support the PR & Digital Specialist in defining and executing PR and digital activities
* Manage international event leverage and ensure required HQ reporting and approvals
* Own and control the annual marketing budget, reporting and approval processes
* Manage agency, media and supplier relationships to deliver optimal commercial outcomes
* Lead, develop and manage Digital Marketing Specialist
Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing / PR / Communications
* Minimum 5 years marketing experience in the consumer goods industry (retail and wholesale)
* Passionate Marketer with and creative flair
* People management and relationship management skills
* Excellent organisational skills / project management / attention to detail / negotiation skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
