* Managing correspondence and phone calls in a timely manner
* Preparing documents, reports, and registers as required
* Updating records and systems accurately
* Assisting with customer service and stakeholder communication
* Supporting administration tasks and contributing to performance KPIs
Requirements:
* Proven administration skills and strong attention to detail
* Ability to identify and solve problems early
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with government systems is an advantage but not essential
