Junior Sales Representative – Role Overview
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and confident Junior Sales Representative to join our tight-knit team. This role will have a focus on supporting AZO Powder Handling products, a global leader in automating material and product handling.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and call potential customers, qualify opportunities, and support the sales team with lead generation activities. You will gain exposure to high level, high value B2B projects, while being supported and mentored along the way by an experienced and supportive sales team.
Responsibilities
* Proactively identify, call, and qualify prospects to convert into leads and opportunities.
* Organise and join sales meetings with prospective customers.
* Convert opportunities into sales to meet and exceed targets.
* Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
* Understand and promote company's portfolio.
* Keep customer records well maintained in CRM system.
* Assist the sales team in typical daily tasks.
Qualifications
* Positive and proactive attitude.
* Enthusiastic, resilient and motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.
* Confidence (or confidence to learn) in speaking when making cold calls.
* Confident and professional in communication, over the phone and via email.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
* Curious and willing to learn about technical products.
