Selection Criteria
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Postgraduate qualifications in Emergency or equivalent experience, including competencies in Advanced Life Support, Triage, and Shift In Charge
* Knowledge of multidisciplinary nursing care challenges
* Effective communication skills, IT proficiency, and professionalism
* Evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and commitment to person-centered care
* Leadership, delegation, and change management skills
* Recent relevant clinical experience and ongoing professional development
* Ability to prioritize and organize workload with integrity and accountability
