About the role
Join a dynamic, project-based environment where you will play a key role in coordinating training programs and supporting project delivery. This position is ideal for someone highly organised who enjoys juggling multiple priorities while delivering a seamless experience for clients and participants.
Working within a collaborative projects team, you will coordinate training across multiple programs, ensuring sessions run smoothly from planning through to delivery. You'll liaise with trainers, clients, and internal teams while managing logistics, documentation, and reporting requirements.
This is a varied role combining administration, coordination, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple concurrent projects
Duties
* Schedule and coordinate training sessions (face-to-face and online)
* Manage participant registrations and communications
* Prepare training materials and organise logistics (venues, travel, tech)
* Coordinate trainers and course materials across multiple locations
* Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance requirements
* Prepare reports on training outcomes and feedback
* Provide support to trainers and participants, including technical assistance
* Assist with invoicing, data entry, and administration tasks
* Support continuous improvement through feedback and reporting

You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts and take pride in delivering a high-quality experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.
You are a strong communicator who can confidently engage with a variety of people and manage competing priorities with ease.
* Strong coordination, scheduling, and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and customer service capability
* Experience using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
* Familiarity with LMS or training systems (desirable)
* Exposure to invoicing or data entry systems (e.g. Xero)
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
* High attention to detail and accuracy
