As a Food and Beverage Attendant in our Events team, you will be entrusted with delivering outstanding customer service to every guest, ensuring that their experience begins and ends with a warm, enthusiastic, and professional touch. Our bustling Events Department hosts a wide range of events, from large-scale conventions and exhibitions to elegant galas, weddings, and special celebrations.
We pride ourselves on creating memorable moments, and with your passion for service, you will be at the heart of making every event a resounding success. The ideal candidate will be flexible, dependable, and personable, with a strong ability to connect with guests and provide exceptional service at all times.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage service
- Collaborating with the events team to deliver seamless service for all functions
- Communicating additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen
- Maintaining immaculate cleanliness of work areas through clean-as-you-go procedures
- Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards are maintained
What are we looking for:
- Experience working in a hospitality or customer service role (Previous events experience highly regarded)
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Passion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industry
- Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Statement of Attainment
