Job Title: High-Risk Security Clearance Specialist

Job Description:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams in complex personal security clearance processes across various security levels. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process security clearances meticulously, adhering to Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) guidelines and best practices.
2. Conduct thorough Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files (PSFs) ensuring their alignment with standard procedures and PSPF.
3. Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective caseload management and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Extensive experience in government or similar high-security environments is essential.
2. Minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 with potential to upgrade to Negative Vetting Level 2 as required.
3. Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting) is highly desirable.
4. Leadership skills with experience in mentoring and leading a team of enthusiastic security analysts.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
