Participate in ongoing self-education and leadership development to continually expand your own results
Requirements
Background in Learning & Development, HR, Training, Education, Talent, or Leadership (highly regarded)
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Confidence in supporting people's growth and development
Ability to work self-directed, manage priorities, and follow structured processes
Genuine interest in personal development, mindset, and leadership education
