Your new role
Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading and managing the building services design process across multiple projects
* Coordinating mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and specialist disciplines
* Managing design programmes, deliverables and technical reviews
* Acting as the key technical interface between clients, consultants, internal designers and contractors
* Identifying and managing design risks, value engineering and constructability outcomes
* Supporting and mentoring engineers and designers within the team
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)
* Strong experience in building services consulting design management
* Proven experience managing multidisciplinary design teams
* Deep knowledge of building services systems and design coordination
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A proactive, customer orientated leadership style
Chartered status (CPEng, RPEQ or equivalent), or progress towards it, will be highly regarded.
