We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised administration assistant to join our dynamic real estate team.

About the Role
You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients, and visitors.
You will provide administrative support to our sales and property management teams while assisting in the smooth day-to-day running of the front office.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
* Managing front desk operations and maintaining reception areas
* Assisting with general administration and data entry
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Supporting sales and property management teams as required
About You
* Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service (real estate experience an advantage, but not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional presentation and positive attitude
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
* Confident using computer software and basic social media knowledge
* Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agent Certification required - or willing to obtain.
