ANA Asphalts is a leading road construction and asphalt company dedicated to quality, innovation, and reliability. As we continue to grow our footprint across New South Wales, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Northern Region Manager to lead operations in our expanding Northern Division.
About the Role
As the Northern Region Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance, growth, and success of our Northern operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets, ensure production targets are met, and maintain strong client relationships.
You will play a key role in shaping the division's future – leading from the front, driving efficiency, and building a strong local team to support ANA's continued growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all Northern Division operations, including production, projects, and logistics
Manage budgets, outputs, and performance reporting
Lead quoting and tender submissions for regional works
Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction, quality, and repeat business
Plan, organise, and deliver works to program and specification
Oversee the operation and performance of the asphalt plant
Drive a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across the team
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement regional growth strategies
About You
Proven leadership experience within the asphalt, civil, or construction industry
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance outcomes
Excellent communication and client liaison skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive leader who thrives on responsibility and results
