About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive roadmap execution across our SaaS and IoT ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will own initiatives from discovery through delivery, working closely with Engineering and Design to ensure we build the right solutions and ship them with clarity and quality.
This role is focused on
* Own the Problem: Master the problem space with the agency to solve complex challenges. You're naturally curious and have a strong "figure-it-out" mindset.
* Deliver Outcomes over Output: Take ownership from discovery through delivery and communicate progress proactively. Focus on impact, iterate on features based on real feedback and market trends, rather than just ticking off tickets.
* Drive Execution: Run the day-to-day product operations, including maintaining a clean and prioritised Jira board, coordinating development cycles, and ensuring initiatives move forward with clarity.
* Bring Teams Together: Work closely with Engineering and Design to ensure teams understand the "why" behind what we build. Collaborate with Operations, Sales enablement, and other stakeholders to keep alignment strong across the business.
* Build for Scale: Contribute to scalable solutions across our software, firmware and hardware ecosystem. While you don't need to be deeply technical, you are comfortable understanding technical constraints to make informed decisions.
* Bonus - Prototype & Experiment with AI: Use prototyping tools and emerging AI workflows to explore ideas quickly, test concepts, and improve the development process efficiency.
You're probably a match if
* Experience: 3+ years in Product Management or Product Design, ideally in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
* Product Mindset: You think "problem first," not "solution first." You don't need to come from the construction industry, but you must be obsessed with understanding customer needs.
* Curiosity & Technical Literacy: A natural drive to understand how things work. Whether it's a SaaS workflow or an IoT device heartbeat, you aren't afraid to dive into the details.
* Self-Motivated: You thrive in a flexible, high-energy environment and are focused on delivering tangible outcomes.
* Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
