We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the Customer Service Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategically manage and develop dealer and service partner relationships to drive performance growth.
* Foster strong customer expectations by meeting technical and commercial requirements.
* Lead daily service operations and resolve technical issues promptly.
* Proactively identify quality issues and take ownership until resolution.
* Collaborate with the sales order processing team for timely spare parts delivery fulfillment management.
* Work closely with the commercial team and regional team to support regional business expansion strategies.
* Evaluate the expansion of dealer and service partner networks, inclusive of existing partners.
* Enhance technician service delivery to exceed customer expectations, encompassing technical skills and soft skills.
* Cultivate technician career growth and development opportunities.
* Organize and conduct regular structural technical training for internal staff, dealers, and service partners.
* Pursue business development activities to increase customer care revenue and profitability.
Requirements:
* Strong technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems.
* Effective business and people management skills.
* Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
