The Opportunity
ASIC's Registry & Intelligence Group provides trusted information and frontline services that support confident participation in the Australian economy. We administer more than 30 legal registers, including the Companies and Business Names registers used by millions of businesses, professionals and the public.
As the Senior Executive Leader, Registry Frontline Services, you will lead large, multi‑disciplinary teams responsible for the day‑to‑day delivery of ASIC's registry operations. This includes service delivery, registry support, work management and reporting, data integrity, mail management and regulatory transaction processing.
Key responsibilities include;
Lead frontline registry operations to ensure accurate, timely and accessible information for the public.
Deliver the registry service delivery plan, uplift capability and drive customer‑focused improvements.
Oversee incident response, operational risk, revenue and debt management.
Build strong internal and external partnerships to support registry outcomes.
Lead a large workforce, manage resources and contribute to ASIC's broader strategic direction.
About You
You are an accomplished senior leader with a proven ability to inspire, support and influence large, high‑performing teams operating in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments. Ideally, you bring experience overseeing a major contact centre or essential public service, preferably within a government or regulated setting.
You thrive in complexity, are passionate about delivering exceptional service outcomes, and bring outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills that enable you to lead with confidence and credibility.
