Job Overview
The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional maintenance services while ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality product support.
Responsibilities include:
* Responding promptly to all maintenance inquiries
* Accessing authorized repairers to facilitate efficient maintenance processes
* Issuing repair authorizations in line with vehicle contracts
* Providing timely and accurate responses to customer and supplier queries
To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will possess strong technical and numerical skills, a passion for sharing knowledge, and a commitment to thoroughness and accuracy. A tertiary qualification in Automotive or equivalent, extensive experience in the motor industry, and experience in customer service and/or negotiation with suppliers are highly desirable.
