Accounting and Administration Professional
This is a full-time role that requires strong organisational and communication skills to manage the accounts and administration of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all AP/AR responsibilities, including daily bank and invoice reconciliations, cash banking, and credit card reconciliation.
* Prepare weekly and monthly payroll for 5 employees and ensure timely lodgement of Business Activity Statements.
* Liaise with external companies to ensure seamless operations.
* Answer incoming calls, take job bookings, and enter jobs into our system.
* Maintain office areas, stock levels, and tidiness.
* Perform general accounting, administrative, and basic HR tasks.
