**Position Information**:
Cumberland High School (CHS) is a comprehensive high school, with a population of approximately 1130 students, located in Carlingford. The school has a diverse cultural population including 73.9% non-English speaking background and 57 different languages. **Selection Criteria**:
1. Approval to teach Visual Arts and Photography & Digital Media.
2. Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively within a Creative Arts faculty with evidence of developing quality teaching and learning programs, lessons and resources.
3. Demonstrated ability to use effective classroom management skills and wellbeing practices to create a classroom environment that is engaging, inclusive and fosters a culture of high expectations.
4. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive, respectful relationships with students, staff, and families.
