Senior Podiatrist Job Description
Job Summary:
The role of Senior Podiatrist involves delivering exceptional services and providing clinical leadership to allied health professionals across the Flinders Upper North Regional Health Service and rural/remote areas of South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of clients and communities.
* Provide clinical leadership to allied health professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
* Collaborate with teams, managers, and stakeholders to develop innovative models of care and drive workforce development initiatives.
* Enhance the quality, safety, and community-driven distribution of services.
Requirements:
* Must hold a recognised qualification within the Podiatry Profession and be eligible for (full) membership of the relevant Allied Health Profession.
* Apply specialist expertise to deliver complex clinical or consultancy services across FUNLHN and relevant networks.
* Work independently with clinical competence and advanced reflective-practice skills, using professional guidance for new or complex techniques.
* Use in-depth knowledge of FUNLHN's strategies, operations, service delivery, and workforce to manage complex responsibilities.
* Advise management on professional service development, practice, and redesign to meet demand and client needs.
