Project Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to project managers and teams, including preparing documents, maintaining files, and coordinating meetings.
* Manage and coordinate project-related activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
* Ensure accurate and timely collection, control, and coordination of timesheets.
* Respond to payroll and HR queries in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar position in the construction industry.
* Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality when required.
* Experience with payroll, invoicing, receipting, processing orders, and month-end accruals.
* Excellent computing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
