Waterproofing & Epoxy Flooring Labourers / Trade Assistants Location: Adelaide Industry: Commercial & Some Residential Construction About the Role We are currently seeking reliable Labourers and Trade Assistants to join a growing team specialising in waterproofing and epoxy flooring across Adelaide. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a niche trade. No prior experience in waterproofing or epoxy is required - if you have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn, full training will be provided. You'll be working across a range of commercial, and some residential projects, with consistent indoor work available. Key Responsibilities Assist with surface preparation including cleaning, grinding, and site setup Support the application of waterproofing systems and epoxy coatings Use basic tools and equipment (training provided) Work alongside experienced applicators on site General labouring duties as required About You Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable and keen to learn new skills Previous labouring or TA experience Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks White Card (required) Driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred) Important Requirements Some projects but not all are based on defence sites.
