Essential Qualifications & Skills
* Engineering degree Mechanical/Electrical/I&C
* 8+ years maintenance engineering experience
* Strong SAP, FMECA, RCA, RCM capability
* Oil & Gas or heavy industry background
* Knowledge of AU & international standards
Duties & Responsibilities
* Develop and optimise maintenance strategies
* Build and update maintenance master data
* Perform equipment criticality assessments
* Identify critical spares and manage SPIR
* Prepare and maintain work instructions & documents
* Review designs and recommend improvements
* Manage small projects within budget/schedule
