Your Role Reporting to the Director, you will work closely with all senior leaders and accounts clerks to oversee the Finance function in the business. Experience in accountancy and financial management is paramount, and tax agent registration is highly regarded. Duties include: Key Responsibilities: Financial reporting and budgeting Cashflow forecasting and management Overseeing payments, preparing and lodging BAS, and ensuring tax compliance Overseeing Debtors and Creditors Managing superannuation and insurance obligations Improving accounting systems and processes About You Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Accounting (CPA/CA) Sound experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or Management Accountant Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and digitally astute Seeking a long-term career with a scaling business Other Details The position is full-time and based in Mt Gambier with some hybrid options available.
