Rainbow Club is a network of social swimming clubs for children with a disability. Rainbow Club Australia is a charity that helps children with a disability learn to swim and provides young adults with aqua exercise classes. We have 70+ clubs across NSW, Victoria, ACT and QLD and have plans to increase our footprint to meet the increasing demand for membership. We employ400+ swimming teachers on a casual basis to provide personalised swimming lessons and aqua exercises to children and young adults with a disability.

**Your opportunity: Become a Swim Teacher**
Would you like a fun, flexible and impactful role which leaves you feeling great each week? Do you have a passion for making a real difference in young people's lives? Teach children with disability essential life swim skills that last a lifetime at Rainbow club Australia. We're looking for enthusiastic Swim Teachers to deliver effective, engaging, and enjoyable swimming lessons with a team that's focused on safety and fun
**How it works**:
- We'll support you to complete your teaching qualification by paying 100% of the cost of your swimming qualification in exchange for working with us for 36 shifts
- We will support you to get your 20 shadow hours with one of our friendly qualified Swim Teachers and/or in a mainstream pool setting
- As Rainbow club operates only on the weekends, you are free to work with your license elsewhere during the week
- You will be mentored and supported during your shifts by Lead teachers and Occupational therapists
- We offer you a $200 bonus if you complete your training and get your swim teacher's license with in 3 months of attending the course
