This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Nurse Manager, Leadership and Talent Development. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Nursing, Midwifery and Education and be responsible for harnessing and building management and leadership capabilities.
* The ideal candidate will have a current licence to practice from the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a registered nurse.
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Adult Education, Project Management, Human Resources, Leadership Coaching or equivalent work experience is essential.
The Position leads manages the design development implementation evaluation of nursing development initiatives leadership development capability talent management succession planning.
