About the Role
As the Sales Administrator, you'll be the engine room of the sales team, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From preparing documentation to managing communication, your organisation and attention to detail will have a real impact. You'll be part of a supportive, driven team that collaborates to achieve great results.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Preparing and processing listing and sales documentation.
* Coordinating marketing campaigns, photo shoots, and supplier bookings.
* Managing online listings and CRM updates (VaultRE, NurtureCloud or similar).
* Providing general administrative support to the sales team.
What We're Looking For:
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* QLD Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is Essential
* Experience in real estate/property preferred
