Sales Account Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our NSW Field Sales team. The role offers a dynamic environment with a strong focus on new sales (70%) and account management (30%).
Your Key Responsibilities
* Achieving and exceeding local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets through effective strategy execution
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand market share and capitalize on untapped potential in the region
* Generating qualified leads, profiling customers, and planning strategic sales activities, ensuring accurate and timely updates in our CRM system
* Maintaining and growing existing client relationships while actively pursuing new prospects to build a robust sales pipeline

Key Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales Account Manager role or similar field

* Proven ability to manage complex deals and sell tailored solutions to clients
* Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success
* Proficiency in CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable
