The Opportunity
We are seeking an innovative and collaborative Lecturer to join our Occupational Therapy team and contribute to both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. You will bring expertise in one or more of the following areas, with the ability to teach broadly across Occupational Therapy:
* Disability services
* Mental health
* Rehabilitation and aged care
The role includes subject coordination, high-quality teaching, research, student supervision, and engagement with industry and community partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging teaching and contribute to curriculum development.
* Coordinate, prepare, deliver, and evaluate occupational therapy subjects, including through e-learning.
* Undertake research, publish in quality journals, and contribute to grant proposals.
* Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students.
* Build strong relationships within the School and with external partners.
* Participate in administration, meetings, and WHS compliance.
About You
You will hold a PhD (or be near completion) in a field relevant to Occupational Therapy, along with recognised Occupational Therapy qualifications and AHPRA registration. You will bring experience in teaching and curriculum development, with the ability to contribute across key areas such as disability, mental health, and rehabilitation or aged care. You are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative learning experiences, including through online and contemporary teaching approaches. You will have a developing research profile, with experience in publications, grant development, and the potential to supervise research students. Strong communication, collaboration, and partnership-building skills are essential, along with a positive, team-focused approach.

Remuneration
Academic Level B - $143,084 to $168,838 p.a. (comprising base salary of $120,908 to $142,769 p.a., plus 17% Superannuation and Leave Loading)
