The Role
* Guide guests confidently through our menu and wine offerings
* Deliver warm, professional service and build genuine rapport with guests
* Work collaboratively with chefs and front-of-house staff for seamless service
* Maintain high standards of presentation and attention to detail
* Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests or celebrations with care
* Manage a busy section calmly during peak service
* Stay engaged with ongoing training and menu knowledge
* Rotate between weekday and weekend shifts, including both lunch and dinner services
About You
* Able to carry 3 + plates
* Outgoing and friendly personality
* Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills
* A passion for the hospitality industry
* Valid RSA (competency card)
* Valid Australian Working Rights
