Hiring: AI Business Analyst / AI Product Analyst
1-Year Fixed Term Contract
We are currently looking for an experienced AI Business Analyst / AI Product Analyst to join a growing team working on innovative AI and data-driven initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and AI engineers to identify opportunities where AI can deliver real business value.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and AI/technical solutions while driving delivery in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Stakeholder Engagement
* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities where AI can add value
* Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
* Act as the communication bridge between business teams, data scientists, and AI engineers
* Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
AI Product & Use Case Definition:
Identify and define AI-driven use cases such as:
* Predictive analytics
* Automation opportunities
You will also:
* Define AI product features, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
* Collaborate with data scientists to understand data requirements and model outputs
Agile Delivery & Backlog Management:
* Create and manage user stories, epics, and tasks in Jira
* Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
* Define acceptance criteria and success metrics
* Ensure requirements are clearly documented for development teams
* Sprint planning
* Daily stand-ups
* Sprint reviews
* Ensure smooth collaboration between AI engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders
* Track progress and help remove delivery blockers
* Work with teams to understand and support:
* Machine learning models
* Translate model outputs into business insights and user workflows
* Support teams in defining data requirements and quality needs
Required Skills:
Business Analysis: -
* Requirements gathering
* Business process modelling
* User story writing
Agile & Tools: -
* Strong experience with Jira and Confluence
* Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
* Backlog management and sprint planning
* Familiarity with:
* Machine learning concepts
* AI use cases in business
* Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business solutions
Documentation & Communication
* Ability to communicate effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders
* Experience facilitating workshops and requirement sessions
