Mechanical Engineer
Our team is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our design and manufacturing department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and engineering high-performance custom mechanical hoisting solutions that include motors, hoists, gearboxes, clamps & weighing scales for stage rigging applications.


About the Role:

* Design and engineer bespoke mechanical solutions
* Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs
* Conduct finite element analysis and simulations to optimize designs
* Ensure all designs meet strict safety protocols and standards


Key Responsibilities:

1. Create high-performance custom mechanical hoisting solutions
2. Use CAD software to develop detailed designs
3. Conduct finite element analysis to optimize designs
4. Verify designs meet safety protocols


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Experience in motors, rigging, hoists, gearboxes, motion and lifting mechanisms
* Proven experience in weight calculations and CAD/FEA tools
* Knowledgeable about safety standards and load cell systems
