This role will lead vibrant youth ministry initiatives, coordinate sacramental and spiritual programs, and foster students' personal and spiritual growth at St Joseph's Catholic School. Working closely with the APRE, Catholic Identity, and Indigenous Education teams, the leader will promote a strong sense of belonging, participation, and Gospel values across the school community. The role also provides strategic leadership in Faith and Mission, Educational, and Staff dimensions supporting curriculum development, inclusive learning, professional growth, and collaborative relationships with staff, students, and parents. This is an opportunity to contribute to a thriving Catholic school community while shaping the spiritual, educational, and pastoral life of students.
