Drive Business Growth as a Senior Training Operations Leader
The RTO Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving business growth and quality delivery within the division. This includes managing and leading the RTO division, overseeing day-to-day aspects of training programs, reviewing and enhancing existing products, and adding new ones.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement strategies to grow and improve the business. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the national VET sector and labour market, as well as experience in a similar management/Sales/BDM role within an RTO.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the RTO division to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality training programs
* Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Oversee product development and delivery to meet customer needs
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive product sales
* Manage quality, compliance, and ASQA liaison to ensure regulatory requirements are met
* Ensure training operations align with management's strategy and priorities
* Identify opportunities to improve service offerings and enhance customer experience
* Manage delivery schedules and timetables for online and face-to-face training
* Maintain industry currency and professional development for VET Trainers/Assessors
Requirements:
* Demonstrated knowledge of Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015
* Extensive understanding of the national VET sector and labour market
* Experience in a similar management/Sales/BDM role within an RTO
* Tertiary qualifications (desirable)
* Strong sales and business development skills
* Strategic development skills
* Intermediate to advanced PC skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
