Director of Client Partnerships
This position oversees the facilitation of company-wide sales training programs, guides Account Managers on account plan development and implementation, and serves as a business partner to Business Unit leadership. The Director will engage pursuit teams to identify areas for improvement in client engagement planning and pre-positioning, win strategy coaching, and proposal preparation. They will work closely with teams to provide presentation skills coaching and facilitate interview preparation sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Provide guidance and coaching to Account Managers on account planning and execution
* Collaborate with Business Unit leadership to review sales pipelines and identify key pursuits
* Identify areas for improvement in client engagement and develop strategies to address them
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or post-grad in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
* Minimum 15 years' experience in an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Commercial, Engineering, Pursuit, or Project Manager role
* Minimum 5 years' experience pursuing new business, specifically in $10 Million+ pursuits
* Experience in one of Hatch's core industries required (Metals, Energy, Infrastructure)
* Strong business acumen combined with high Emotional Intelligence
* Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence from the side
