Corpay is currently looking to hire a Head of Tele Sales.
This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and will be located in our Melbourne, Australia location.
This key position is responsible to ensure all assigned BDA's are reaching and/or exceeding activity and business targets on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
This position is there to provide consistent training, incentive and energy to the assigned sales force in their daily activities.
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Dealing, and various shared services teams and contribute to the team's overall successHow We Work As an Head of Tele Sales you will be expected to work in our Melbourne, Australia office.
Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Melbourne, AustraliaFormal, hands-on trainingRegular meetings with Management to identify the daily issues of concern among the sales staff and to perform an action plan.Work one-to-one with assigned individual sales employees - providing training, mentoring and coaching to ensure quality and productivity.Work with staff on individual sales pitch and capturing businessWork with staff on achieving and maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionReview and manage call numbers for all assigned staffReview current book for potential revenue generationReview sales strategies for client generationOther duties as assigned.Authority:Authorized to select and hire sales staffAuthorized to mentor, train, counsel and coach staff.Accountability:Reports to VP of SalesAccountable to provide excellent management support to assigned sales staffAccountable for reaching and/or exceeding set targetAccountable to ensuring that assigned staff meet and/or exceed their assigned targets.Qualifications & SkillsHands-on knowledge of association's needs and capabilities.Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.Excellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groups.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Experience managing large team and diverse product offerings.Coaching/mentoring experience with less senior sales staff.A demonstrable capacity to keep abreast of new technology trends, association needs and possible application to real world projects.Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (i.e.
