Quarry Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Quarry Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Hall quarry on a permanent basis. This dynamic and diverse role will support various key functionalities including maintenance, plant performance, safety, environment, and quality control.
This position will provide the successful candidate with responsibility and accountability in delivering key duties such as supervision and coordination of all daily site activities, leading compliance with safety and environmental legislation, implementing business HSE policies and procedures, promoting LEAN activities, and driving customer-focused product and service outcomes.
Your day will involve:
* Experience in hard rock quarry operations and/or fixed and mobile plant operations is essential for this opportunity.
* Demonstrated leadership, people management, and/or mentoring skills, particularly when supporting HSE and Quality initiatives.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills are crucial when liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong organisation skills, with the ability to drive results while prioritising competing deadlines.
