About the role:Based from Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney or Melbourne and reporting to the Regional Manager, our Roving Care Manager(s) are required to fill short term vacant Care Manager roles nationally, to effectively lead and manage the delivery of person-centred care of residents, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation and clinical governance. The Roving CM will be required to hold IPC Lead qualification. The IPC is the dedicated expert responsible to support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of infection prevention and control policies, procedures and practices within the homes.
