About the Mobile Maintenance Training Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to develop and deliver high-quality training programs that ensure the safety, efficiency, and compliance of mobile maintenance operations across sites.
* Develop, deliver, and assess training programs for mobile maintenance employees, ensuring adherence to operational and safety standards.
* Conduct competency assessments for trades, apprentices, and contractors to confirm adherence to industry and company benchmarks.
* Maintain current training matrices, records, and systems in line with procedures and legislative obligations.
* Collaborate closely with supervisors, leading hands, and maintenance superintendents to identify training needs and develop upskilling pathways.
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical support to maintenance personnel to drive capability and confidence.
* Assist with reviewing and implementing health and safety procedures, ensuring safe practices in all training activities.
* Liaise with other department training coordinators to coordinate site-wide learning initiatives.
* Continually monitor and improve training content to reflect new equipment, technology, and regulatory updates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Training Program Development: Create effective training programs that meet the needs of mobile maintenance employees.
* Competency Assessments: Conduct regular competency assessments to ensure adherence to industry and company standards.
* Training Matrix Management: Maintain accurate training matrices, records, and systems.

* Health and Safety: Assist with implementing and reviewing health and safety procedures to ensure safe practices.
* Learning Coordination: Coordinate site-wide learning initiatives with other department training coordinators.
* Continuous Improvement: Monitor and improve training content to reflect industry updates and best practices.
