Experienced Glazier/Installer Wanted – Join Our Growing Team! Premier Windows is seeking a skilled Glazier/Installer to help meet the growing demand for uPVC windows in Perth, WA. We require a minimum of 5+ years of glazing or window installation experience for this position.
About the Role: As a Glazier/Installer, you'll work alongside our Senior Installer to deliver top-quality uPVC double-glazing installations. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a team-focused environment.
Both uPVC experience and general glazing experience are acceptable for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the Senior Installer to manage uPVC window and door installations from start to finish.
* Follow company standards, industry regulations, and health & safety guidelines.
* Interpret technical drawings and specifications to plan installation procedures accurately.
* Candidates must demonstrate basic understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
* Measure and prepare surfaces for installations, ensuring precise cutting and fitting of materials.
* Install uPVC window frames, glass panels, seals, screens, and other components carefully.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges during installation projects.
* Conduct quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company standards.
* Maintain a clean, organized workspace and handle tools and materials appropriately.
* Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to provide updates and address inquiries.
