**We are an Automotive Replacement Auto Parts business located in Lansvale Sydney.**
We are seeking an experienced and friendly **Customer Service | Automotive Parts Interpreter** to join our team.

- Permanent Role
- 38 Hour week
- $55-65K + Super (Depending on experience)
**The duties of the role will include but not be limited to**:
- Provide quality service to both internal and external customers;
- Answer inbound calls to service to assist customers
- Support sales representatives
- Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the products and services;
- Ensure all sales enquiries are answered in a prompt and courteous manner;
- Coordinate appointments with clients
- Complete data Entry of orders, credits, returns and stock and pricing enquiries.
**To be suitable for this role you will have**:
- Excellent communication skill
- Customer Service focused
- Automotive electrical parts sales experience _(desirable)_
- Previous experience within Parts Interpreting or Parts Management.
- Mechanical background (would be advantageous).
- Ability to navigate computer software and systems.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lansvale, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
