Role
* Contribute to the daily management of the Plastic Surgery patients and clinical activities within the limits specified with your clinical privileges.
* Broad exposure to Plastic Surgery including operating, emergencies, clinic and the on‐call roster.
* The role is well supported clinically with additional teaching and research opportunities.
Appointment Details
Multiple fixed‐term full‐time day‐workers, 76 hours per fortnight, from 1 February 2027 until 6 February 2028. 10 hours of paid, protected training per fortnight, pro‐rata. Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary and Benefits
Medical Practitioner Level 5–11: $138,978 – $194,675 per annum, pro‐rata, +12% superannuation and access to salary packaging.
* Salary range in accordance with Medical Practitioners Agreement 2025.
* Allowances: up to $9,010 for living expenses and $2,650 for meals and entertainment annually.
* Continuing Professional Development Allowance of $3,183 per annum, pro‐rata.
* Travel and relocation assistance up to $15,000 for overseas appointees and $10,000 for interstate appointees.
* Professional development and accelerated pathways.
* Leave entitlements: study leave and Professional Development Support.
* Fitness Passport: $14.50 per week per person, or $28.05 for a family.
* Other allowances as applicable.
Eligibility
* General or limited registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
* Desirable: Completion of a relevant postgraduate qualification.
