Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee technical, supervisory, operational, customer support, and reporting roles

Requirements:
* Experience leading teams in customer-focused environments
* Basics of business finance, word processing, and spreadsheet applications
* Capability to develop and present reports, submissions, and technical communications
* Interest in technical sales and support within commercial and retail building industries
* Experience in HVAC, mechanical services, facility management, or related fields
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
