Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic professional to support the Director of Food & Beverage with daily operations of our iconic Food & Beverage Department in the Hunter Valley Wine region.
This is a hands-on role ensuring the Food and Beverage Operations achieve established quality, guest and employee standards along with departmental revenue and profit goals.
As a head of department, you will play a supportive role in shaping our food and beverage strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the Hotel's Food and Beverage outlets effectively.
* Supervise F&B Outlet Managers/Supervisors to ensure they perform their duties and responsibilities to the standard required.
* Maintain service standards and uphold hotel policies and procedures at all times.
* Monitor service delivery and assist in operations as required.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry.
* Oustanding written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for delivering results and fostering team development.
* Proven ability to manage complex relationships, interacting positively with guests, staff, owners and third-party partners, reflecting well on the hotel and brand.
