Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you'll:
* Work closely with your team member to manage a range of administrative tasks.
* Take charge of WHS administration, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
* Provide finance support, including reconciliations and preparing reports.
* Organise travel bookings and itineraries to keep things running smoothly.
* Oversee fleet and office asset management.
* Keep the office stocked by ordering and maintaining stationery and supplies.
* Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with contractors as needed.
* Welcome visitors, answer calls, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Assist with maintaining a tidy and well-organised office with general housekeeping.
* Manage data entry, records, and reporting with precision.
* Offer valuable administrative support to the leadership team and office staff.

Successful candidates will receive 5 weeks leave per annum and will be entitled to access the Regional and Remote Incentive payments after working here for 6 months.
