Spill Control & Parts Washer Sales Technician Role
This is a hands-on role that involves selling, servicing, repairing, and replacing parts washers as well as managing spill gear inventory and maintaining spill kits. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest levels of product satisfaction.
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers in various settings. You will also be required to manage stock levels, coordinate sales activities, and provide technical support to customers as needed.
About the Job
* Sell and service parts washers to commercial, industrial, and mining customers
* Manage spill gear inventory and maintain spill kits
* Travel to customer sites across Hunter Valley, Lithgow, Central Coast, and surrounding areas
* Complete service paperwork and ensure compliance and safety standards
Requirements
* Unrestricted car licence (van provided)
* Strong customer service and sales skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to undertake training and mine site inductions
